This time, Women in Aerospace will be hosted by AneCom AeroTest GmbH. We will start the programme with a company presentation by AneCom, followed by a tour of the premises. Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to learn more about the FELUFA project and discuss perspectives on promoting young talent.

The conference addresses the challenges of space production, focusing on resource efficiency. It aims to enhance satellite production on Earth, manufacturing in orbit, and in-situ resource utilization on the Moon. Through a series of talks, workshops, and networking opportunities, topics ranging from advanced materials and additive and lightweight manufacturing to digitization and digital twins will be explored. The event encourages collaboration among industry players, startups, and academic experts.

The webinar on cooperation in Research, development and innovation (R&D&I) will focus on opportunities for cooperation within the framework of relevant international funding programs with a particular focus on aviation. Special attention will be paid to the European research framework program "Horizon Europe", in which Canadian participants have been able to participate since the end of 2023 due to an association agreement.

The webinar on Technological cooperation & business development will explain ways to facilitate technological cooperation and market development taking advantage of publicly available support structures. Interested companies and industry clusters from Europe and Canada will have the opportunity to present themselves and their cooperation wishes and to name desired partners in the respective target region. After the event, they will receive individual support in finding and approaching cooperation partners. 

As part of the International Drone Show, the Enterprise Europe Network is organising a B2B matchmaking event, which will take place as an integral part of the International Drone Show 2024 programme.

The matchmaking event #ILAconnectandmeet brings together exhibitors and visitors from numerous European countries and around the world during ILA Berlin from June 5 to 7.

On 29 February 2024 our next event with the topic Women in Aerospace – Cooperation in Aerospace, will take place. This time we are guests of the company Reflex Aerospace in Berlin. We start the program with a company presentation and tour. Afterwards, the company Soluterials GmbH from Beelitz will give us an insight into their unique material developments. As always, additional events and participation opportunities in Berlin-Brandenburg will be introduced and there will be plenty of time for networking, snacks and drinks.

Women in Aerospace Berlin-Brandenburg cordially invites you to the next and last Women in Aerospace Meetup in 2023. We are very pleased to be hosted this time by Rolls-Royce in Dahlewitz (near Berlin). As usual, we have organised an interesting programme for you, including a factory tour at Rolls-Royce and two company presentations.

The 14th IAA Symposium on Small Satellites for Earth System Observation will take place for the first time at the Ludwig Erhard Haus in Berlin, Germany from 7 to 12 May 2023.
