The Cluster Energy Technology Berlin-Brandenburg, together with its partners, such as the Enterprise European Network (EEN) and the Cluster Internationalisation (CLINT), develops and fosters systematic network relationships and strategic partnerships with other important European or non-European players and you can benefit from them as well! Furthermore, we are familiar with current calls for tender by the EU and can mediate suitable cooperation partners. Feel free to contact us!
For the implementation of internationalisation projects, everyone within the Cluster can also make full use of the services and products provided by both economic development agencies of the states, namely Berlin Partner for Business and Technology and Brandenburg Invest.
You can find a preview of the Cluster’s international activities in 2018 in our download section and media library.
Recruitment of skilled employees
In view of the advancing digitisation in the energy sector and the medium-term and long-term impacts of the ongoing demographic change, the availability of specialised skilled employees is becoming an increasingly important factor behind competitiveness.
This is the reason why the Cluster complements the services and products offered by the two economic development agencies of the two states for such holistic topics by providing additional products and services for everyone within the Cluster. In addition, the Cluster provides support with regard to the recruitment of skilled employees by offering information, concept ideas, projects, formats, tools and by establishing contact with relevant partners at the regional level.
One out of innumerable examples is the lead project Further Education System Energy Technology (link to German website). In the economic sector it offers further education opportunities leading to certified additional qualifications, which are themselves based on the current requirements of businesses and their employees. For persons seeking employment, this opens up new possibilities.
